What the free report includes
You can request a Hazard Clarity property report without creating an account or entering an email address or payment details. The report checks available flood, earthquake, wildfire, and wind/storm information from public datasets.
Start by reviewing the matched address. The report uses an estimated location, and each source has its own coverage, geographic scale, and limitations. A missing or unavailable result does not mean no hazard exists.
How the partner model supports the service
Hazard Clarity is developing a partner subscription model around professional tools, intelligence, content, and eligible non-mortgage market participation. Pilot arrangements and future paid terms can differ.
Mortgage-connected consumer requests are kept separate from paid non-mortgage market access and are not sold for a per-lead charge. The free consumer report does not require you to request insurance help. See the professional program for the partner side of the service.
What happens if you request insurance help
After reviewing your report, you may choose to explore participating professionals where available. You select a professional and explicitly authorize sharing your report and contact details so that they can respond.
Availability depends on the property and request type. Reading a report is different from submitting that request. The Privacy Policy explains report processing, service providers, analytics choices, and how information is handled; the contact checkbox is not a claim that no other operational processing occurs.
What the report cannot establish
- It does not quote an insurance premium or decide whether a policy covers a loss.
- It does not inspect a building, survey a boundary, or certify that a property is safe.
- It does not replace an official flood determination required for lending.
A participating professional may discuss separately priced insurance products or services. The free report is not a promise that insurance or every third-party service is free. Read the Terms of Service and use the report as a starting point for questions you can investigate.
